At present, planning has implications for SA in certain areas, most notably in London with the 90-day rule, whereby planning will be required if you wish to let your property out on a short-term basis for more than 90 days per calendar year. However, outside of this in England, there are no specific planning rules around letting your property out as SA. Generally speaking, our neighbours are very happy and helpful, and we for hard to build relationships with the neighbours. They can be an added ear on the ground. We have not had one single incident involving the Police in all the years we have been operating, and this is due to our strict guest screening process and highly efficient management team.

Your property will be kept perfect condition. What our clients loved, is that we can enter and assess their property immediately, there is no requirement for notice. This offers property owners great peace of mind. The properties are professionally cleaned 2-3 times per week, and all minor and major planned and unplanned maintenance is taken care of.
