    Yes, typically we arrange a clean at the end of your stay, or for longer stays we will include a mid-stay clean. Additional cleaning is charged according to property size and full details can be found here.
    Our standard check in time is from 16:00 until 22:00, and check out is by 10:00. Early check ins and late check outs can be requested through the guest portal.
    All of our properties have plentiful parking on the street, others have off-road parking. The exact specifics of the parking situation at any one property can be sent to you. Simply email reservations@yourstays.co.uk referencing the property name.

    Yes, all of our properties are provided with fresh, professionally laundered hotel-grade bedding and towels. We provide two hands towels and two bath towels per bed space per stay. Additional towels can be requested (charges apply). Guests are encouraged to consider the environment and reuse their towels during their stay, and take advantage of the washing facilities available.
    Bookings made directly through our website or over email or telephone can be paid for using debit/credit card or by bank transfer. We accept all major cards, and our payments made using cards are processed using Stripe. Payments for bookings made through online travel agents will be handled by them.
    If you need to cancel your reservation this can be done within the channel you booked through (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com or TripAdvisor). If you booked through our website or direct, please email us on reservations@yourstays.co.uk and we can process your cancellation accordingly (charges apply).
    No. We do not accept any events or parties at any of our properties. A copy of our house rules can be found here (link to be inserted at a later date).
    Our properties are all self check-in. Guests are provided with a four digit code to access the key safe at the front of the property, from which they can obtain the keys. If you would like a meet and greet, these can be arranged (charges apply).
    No, we apologise we do not accept pets.
    Guests are kindly asked to ensure all their rubbish is responsibly disposed of in the waste bins provided inside the property. Wheelie bins are provided at each house, and our waste management team will attend on a weekly basis to put out the wheelie bins and recycling boxes for guests. For mid- to long-term stays, guests are asked to take responsibility for the waste and recycling duties as they would if it was their own home.
    Guests are advised to leave their used towels in the bath. All bedding can be left on the beds as our cleaners will strip the beds during their duties. Our linen teams pick up dirty linens and deliver fresh linens twice per week, and they have their own keys to access the property to do this. They will not disturb guests and always announce their arrival.
    Yes. We do not allow smoking in any of our properties, however guests are welcome to smoke outside provided they dispose of their smoking waste safely and do not litter the outside of the property. If there is any evidence of smoking having taken place inside the property, we will charge £150 flat fee for damages and deep clean.
    If you notice any maintenance cleanliness or safety issues upon arrival, please complete this form to notify us of this. It will be picked out automatically by our 24 hour maintenance team who will triage the problem and make arrangements with you on rectifying it.
